Discount Verizon as my source of stress earlier. Great job Kim. He was here a little after 8 and managed to make sense out of our phone system. I feel obliged to say this because 1) I made a disparaging remark earlier and 2) the quality of work and customer service was noteworthy. He went the extra mile.
